Do I need to be a business to have an account?

We offer both business and personal accounts to our clients

How do I make a booking?

You can make bookings using our mobile app, on our website or simply give us a call on 0161 973 3333

How will I know when my car is on the way? (registration plate, no. etc, model)

Shortly before the journey time, we will send you an SMS with the driver’s details including the make and model of the car. You will then be able to track your driver to see the driver’s estimated time of arrival

What shall I do if my driver is late?

You can track your driver on our app or from the link in the SMS sent to you when your driver is on their way. If you haven’t received this message and want an update on your booking you can call us on 0161 973 3333.

What is your waiting time policy?

Our drivers will wait for you free of charge for 5 minutes. For ASAP bookings your five minutes starts from the time the vehicle arrives. For pre-bookings it starts from the time the vehicle was booked for. Once you have had your 5 minutes, we will charge you for one minute, and then every minute thereafter. Waiting time is charged at £0.20 per minute.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via: account, cash, credit/debit card

How accurate are your estimated journey times?

All of our journey times are estimates only so please allow extra time if you need it

What is your minimum fare?

Our minimum fare is £2.50

What are the benefits of having an account?

As an account holder you will have a higher level of priority over other bookings. This will mean faster pickup times, dedicated contacts, access to our accounting team for invoicing and many other benefits.
